Welcome to the first Part of "The Fate of Pleasantview " called "The Plan". Discover my version of the events that happened to Maxis made Pleasantview. Note that this story starts before the time at which the pre-made Neighborhood is set. For me it was important to tell what happened previously. I hope you enjoy it.
| |
Night had fallen on the peaceful town of Pleasantview. This small neighborhood, in the suburbs of Simcity was known for it's beautiful houses and rather rich population. Everyone was dozing of to a calm sleep.
| |
Everyone, except two people arguing in an alley just off Main Street. You could hear a female voice hissing: "Oh! Lothario don't you get it? I can't make this work from the city! I can't just keep comming out here every weekend! I've got to get in Pleasantview! That's the only way this is going to happen! Otherwise we're just stuck like we've been for the last few weeks!"
| |
The woman saying these words went by the name Dina Caliente. She had a pointy face and her hair was blond and about shoulder length. Dina lived in an apartment with her twin sister Nina, in the center of SimCity though she had been coming to Pleasantview each weekend, over the last few months.
| |
The man she was facing was named Don Lothario. Don had black hair and sported a beard-moustache. He was known for his deep green eyes and his incredible charm. However, at the moment, Don's face wasn't of the most desirable. He was quite troubled by the whole conversation. He could tell that Dina was angry because she had used his last name.
| |
"All right! Calm yourself!" he told her "If you want there's a condo that has just opened by mine, you can have it if you want! It'll allow you to be around all the time, plus, since we'll be neighbors, it'll be much easier to plan this! Imagine all the money we can save from not having to phone each other anymore..."
| |
"A condo just like yours?" Dina replied in a hesitating voice "I've seen the place you live. It's no beauty. Gosh, I mean can you imagine me living in such a place? And what about Nina? She can't take care of herself on her own."
| |
"Oh come on! It'll just be for a few months. It'll be a time saver. And I thought you said that Nina would just follow you if you moved. Anyway you're planning on moving out of the city to live in the manor. So now Nina will be close by. Without living with her, you'll still be able to check up on her whenever you'll need!"
| |
These few words did put a dreamy smile on Dina's face. Don and she had been planning for a while now to get hold of the fortune of the Goth family. The Goth family was the richest one in Pleasantview ever since Mortimer Goth, the head of the house, had struck fortune in his science career.
| |
Dina had already tried to put her hands on that money by marrying Micheal Bachelor, the brother of Mortimer's wife, Bella. Nina had been so desperate that day seeing her sister leave her alone in the city for an old man. She had not been aware of Dina's plans. Indeed, a few months after the wedding, Dina killed Micheal with a very strong but undetectable poison. The doctors imagined the death was of natural causes. However, in his will, Micheal had left all his earthly posessions to his sister Bella. Dina was devestated and broke and was forced to move back to the city. This time, she was determined to succeed.
| |
"Fine." she told Don. "I'll move to Pleasantview." "Good. Now how exactly do you plan on doing this?"
| |
"Well, we're going to need to get Bella out of the way! She what holds that family together. With her gone they'll all be vulnerable and that's where we both enter!"
| |
"Does that mean we're going to have to kill her?" Don asked as if he was scared to commit such a crime.
| |
"Well, I'm not talking about sending her on a vacaton Don! Of course we're going to have her dead. But we can't be suspects of course. I don't think we can have it be blamed on someone else either. They're bound to find an alibi sooner or later. The best would be to make it look like she left. To just have her vannish from one day to the other. That woman stopped me from getting that fortune once but she won't be an obstacle this time! I won't allow it!"
| |
"Ok, fine!" Don said raising his arms in surender. "It's just,... How are we going to make it seem like she's gone without leaving one hint behind?"
| |
"You, my good friend, are going to need to spy on her for a while. You know? Get to know her habits, when she does what and so on. Once that is clear you have to get to know her and gain her trust. That could take a while but the more access we have, the better. Then, at a moment when she'll least expect it, you'll get her!"
| |
"Fine. Now let's get out of here. There are people comming and I don't want them to see us. Anyway, your train leaves in about twenty five minutes. Let me take you back to the station"
| |
And with that, the both of them left. They arrived at the station only five minutes before the train would leave, so they said their goodbyes on the platform. "Are you going to be able to handle this by yourself?" Dina asked Don before she boarded "Don't worry! Everything is going to be fine! I just hate thinking that we have to do, well,... what we're planning on doing..." "Come on! It's worth it you know!" "I know, I know but still..." At that moment the speaker announced that the train was leaving. "Well, I have to go Don. I'll call you Wednesday! See you next week!" And she ran towards the wagon "Bye!" Don called after her.
| |
As she sat one the train, Dina wondered of Don would be able to do this; if she would be able to do this. It all seemed so easy when she thought it over but would it really work? She just didn't want to live in miserable conditions anymore. All her life she had been looking for something better.
| |
She was born in a modest family. Being a twin, the attention was always shared with Nina. It was also difficult on her parents: her mother had had to quit her job to be full time mom and that meant that all the money her father gained was used to feed the family. They couldn't have any savings.
| |
Nina had learned to live rather well with the situation and didn't mind having little money. But Dina was always looking at the rich kids at school who seemed to have such an easy life. Ever since, she was determined to provide a wealthy enviornment for her children.
| |
She had met Don five years ago during her brief marriage to Micheal Bachelor. She had quickly made friends with him and even introduced him to Nina. But she knew that Don had paid much more attention to her than to Nina. In fact he had hardly talked to Nina. Indeed Don and she had a certain amount of chemistry between them.
| |
They had in fact gone out together at one time but Dina knew Don's lifestyle all too well to go into a relationship with him. But they remained friends. After a while they realised that they were both looking for a better life then what they had. That's how they had come up with the plan to get the Goth fortune. She was supposed to marry Mortimer himself, while Don would marry Mortimer and Bella's daughter, Cassandra. Her thoughts were interupted as the train entered her station.
| |
Meanwhile, Don was going back home. As he left the station, Don began to think too. Was commiting a crime really the way of getting a better life? Dina seemed so determined and ready as if it wasn't such a big deal.
| |
Nontheless, Don started his homework the very next day. He got into his blue pick up truck and headed towards the Goth manor.
| |
He arrived just as Bella was kissing Mortimer goodbye before his day of work. They looked so happy. Don hated that. It was one thing to break a family up but yet a whole other to break a happy one up. Don soon drove off after that. He knew that he couldn't stay too long around the house or we would get noticed.
| |
Over the next few weeks, Don just casually passed by from time to time and would see what the family was up to. He watched Cassandra go to school, Bella leave for her shopping or play with little Alexander. He was eventually able to know where Bella would be at a given time. For example he knew that she would go get a hair cut every three to four weeks on Wednesday afternoon. He knew that she would visit Coral and Herb Oldie, a couple slighlty older than Mortimer and she, every Sunday from 5:00PM to 6:00PM.
| |
Each evening, Don would write down everything he had seen and noticed that day. He kept a very complete log and would study it for long hours to try and find patterns in Bella's behavior. He informed Dina about the situation regurlarly by phone so that she didn't have to travel so much anymore.
| |
And this continued for three months. Don continued observing every detail of the Goth family's life without even being suspected. He then decided he had all the information he needed and called Dina to tell her this. They had barely seen each other these times, so Dina invited Don over to Simcity as she was too busy packing boxes to be able to come out to the suburbs.
| |
So Don packed his bags and payed Dina a visit in town. She greeted him with a warm hug outside her apartment.
| |
"I can see you're almost ready to move" Don said looking at the many boxes that crowded the living room. "Yeah. Look at all these boxes! I even put those two in front of the couch to use as a coffee table. Talk about better life!" Don chuckled.
| |
He put some binders and journals on the kitchen table saying: "Let me show you what I found!"
| |
It took him a minute to lay out many sheets of papers full of colored circles and arrows and colored comments next to each circle and arrow. "Ok so here you have the house plans... Here is Bella's timetable... Here are the pictures I took... Some of my personnal comments from my evening log..." "Very nice..." They studied all these papers for about half an hour, after which they were suprised by the sound of Nina's key in the lock and they hastely got in front of the table to hide them.
| |
"Don! Hi! What are you guys doing?" "Um... We we're just talking..." Dina replied nervously, aware that the pile of papers was still visible in her back.
| |
"Oh, good!" Nina said on a tone that suggested she was already bored with her own question. "You guys? This is Mathew... Mathew... er... Landchild!" And a man entered behind her saying "Hi!" "So you packed more boxes?" "Yes,"Dina replied "I remind you we're moving in two weeks you might want to do the same!" "I'm just taking advantage of living in the city while I still am! Who knows what I might find in the suburbs?... Sorry Don!"
| |
"We'll be in my room... if you... need... me..." She called out to them while kissing Mathew. Within ten minutes time they were both moaning loudly through the walls. Dina rolled her eyes and helped Don finish putting all the papers away.
| |
"Do you think she saw what we were doing?" Don asked sitting on the couch. "No. She didn't even care. She's always like this: bringing strange men to the apartment, while I... I just try and do something to have us survive!" Dina's whole face was contracted and it was visible that this was a matter that did pain her.
| |
"So, anyway" Don said to change the subject. "I think the best date to do this would be Friday in two weeks. It'll be perfect: Mortimer will be away on a business trip meaning that he won't notice if she doesn't come back to bed. As for the kids, they'll already be sleeping. I know this because when Bella ate at the Oldies couple last week, Cassandra and Alex were both in bed by 9:30 PM and Bella came back at 11:00 PM. Oh! And Cornelia's the same as the kids, she sleeps a lot. I think it's because she's old! So, what do you say?"
| |
"But Don, I'm moving in on Thursday. I might be too tired!" "Well, come on, we discussed it anyway: I'll be doing the most part of the job!" "Oh! I guess. Now remember, you have to make friends with her to gain her trust and be able to invite her over at you place. We can't leave a single sign of struggle in Bella's home" "Ok, fine" *****
| |
Three days later, Don decided he would talk to Bella for the first time. So that evening he went towards the Goth Manor. Bella and Cornelia, Mortimer's mother who lived with them, had pulled some long chairs in the front yard and were chatting.
| |
As he got closer, Cornelia got up saying: "Oh dear, look at the time! I better start making dinner. You stay out here if you want though. Don't you get up! Finish your drink. You relax tonight Bella"
| |
Don was glad to be able to talk to Bella alone. He stopped behind the gate and waved hello to her. "Hi, we're neighbors! I live down that road. I'm Don Lothario" he said pointing to the road ahead. "Hello Don, I'm Bella Goth. Pleasant evening isn't it?" "Yes, indeed. Do you live here?" Don asked as if he didn't know "Oh, well yes, I mean well, with my whole family! I'm sorry, I'm being rude! Come here don't just stay on the sidewalk!"
| |
Don passed through the gate and they both started chatting. They got along very well. Don didn't even have to lie about his interests for they were the same as Bella's. They were both fastinated about astronomy. They continued talking until they heared Cornelia's voice calling for dinner. They exchanged phone numbers and decided to stay in contact. Don was relieved that she didn't seem to recognise him. Apparently, he had done his spying job well.
| |
One evening, Bella invited Don over for dinner. He was introduced to the whole family and they all ate a wonderful meal. Don observed Cassandra who would be his future wife if all went according to the plan. Cassandra was a cute teen and behind the pigtails and round glasses, Don could see a girl who had inherited of the beatiful traits of her mother.
| |
He felt as if he didn't belong. It was very awkward. This family was so happy and he knew he was here to tear it apart. All that for money. He was starting to regret getting into this project but he knew that Dina would never accept to stop everything. He kept thinking how unfair it was because she was just recieving facts from Don but she hadn't even been to the manor once since they had started the plan. She didn't have to feel what he did. Don couldn't help it, he was only human.
| |
However, no one took notice of his guilty behavior and Mortimer told them about his day at work. Even though Don wasn't listening, being too absorbed in his thoughts, he realised he must have said rather suprising about his behavior, because Bella started laughing and saying "You didn't!", while Cassandra and Cornelia simply stared at him with a look that was filled with both admiration and disaproval.
| |
After dinner Don decided to leave. Bella took him in her arms and said "Now you know you're welcome back here anytime you want." Don's guilty feeling was back once again. He knew that if he'd been a child he would have broken into tears. He realised that the Goth family wasn't only a happy family, they were an ideal family. A family he wished he had had as a young boy. He hadn't had a bad childhood, but it was rather plain, even boring. The best thing that had ever happened to Don was his becoming an adult.
| |
Don didn't feel well that night, but the next morning he got up and was ready to continue his mission. He called Bella to thank her for the previous evening and they talked for a while. He continued to gain her trust just like Dina and he were planning. Thursday came and the Caliente sisters moved in the condo next door. And finally, Friday, the big day, came. Don invited Bella over telling her that the sky was really clear and that his telescope was out, if she wanted to stargaze. She accepted and Don was satisfied, but also felt his heart drop.
| |
Don greeted Bella just as the sun was setting, feeling odd once again. However, he knew he had to be strong and act as if everything was normal.
| |
They sat on the couch and talked for a small while. Don eventually asked her if she wanted to go look at the sky and she agreed.
| |
As they walked out into the fresh night air, Bella walked towards the edge of the deck and looked down on the street. She waved to a person she seemed to know. "Hi Skip!" she called to the man. "This is my friend Don. We're going to go stargazing. Don, this is Skip Broke, another friend" "Hi" Don said plainly, he was much more focused on other thoughts "Hi, you two have a good evening! Say hi to Mortimer for Brandi and I !" And with that he left and Don invited Bella up the stairs.
| |
"Wow! It's amazing!" Bella whispered as she looked through the telescope. "I know!" Don replied. It was then that Don realised that Bella was really a friend to him. He couldn't. He couldn't kill his friend. He also realised that he had never had a real friend before. He had had many girlfriends and gone out with many more women, but here was a woman who was simply his friend. Don was hardley listening to Bella talking about something that was moving, that seemed to be getting closer. He was only brought back to earth when she shouted: "Oh my God! What is that?!"
| |
A very powerful light appeared over Bella's head. She was probably blinded by it but it didn't even light Don, it was very local. Don tried to calm Bella but she just seemed to panick more and more. Don didn't even understand what it was. It seemed to be comming from so far away, and that was hard to imagine since there were no clouds that evening.
| |
Bella said she felt her whole body being lifted. And sure enough, as if an invisible hand had grabbed her by the feet, Bella just started to rise from the ground. "Bella!" Don cried. He didn't know what to do. He needed help but he didn't want to leave Bella alone.
| |
There was a huge flash of light and jsut like that, Bella had disapeared. "NO!" Don yelled. What had just happened? Where could she be? Was this possible? Was it part of the plan?
| |
"Oh my God! Oh my God!" Don breathed by the telescope standing there alone. The evening air had gone back to normal as if nothing had happened. Don wondered if anyone had even noticed this... odd phenomenon. The light had been really concentrated on on small piece of floor...
| |
Don rushed downstairs to call Dina. "Hello?" Dina said picking up the phone "Dina! Oh my God Dina!" "Don? What? What is it?" "Did you see that?" "What? What are you talking about?" "It's Bella! She just disapeared while we were watching stars. There was this big blue light! I have no idea what happened! I swear!" "Ok, just calm down! Come over. Right now!" And she hung up. Don, still trembling ran over to Dina's.
| |
He was there in a matter of seconds. Dina took one look at him at stated the obvious: "Jeez Don! You're a mess! Look at you! You're trembling and everything! What happened?"
| |
"Bella was taken! I don't know by what or who but she's just not there anymore! This wasn't in the plan! It doesn't even seem real! How can this have happened? This is the worst night I've ever lived and I truely mean it! I didn't even want to kill her anymore! Because she actually cared about me. It was stupid to do it then anyway because Skip Broke saw us just before! He would have suspected something!" Dina took a moment to reply: "Don? What are you talking about? Who's Bella? What do you mean, want to kill her? I just don't understand... Who's gone? What plan?" As usual, Dina had a plan as she said this.
| |
Don ran a few feet on the grass and collapsed. He sat up and looked at Dina with a horrible face. "She was there.... They took her... There was a plan... I know it.... Blue light... Flash" The more he talked, the more incoherant he became. Dina tried to reasure him that everything was okay. It took about ten minutes for Don to calm down. After that she helped him up, took him inside and lay him on her couch where he fell asleep almost instantly.
| |
She watched him sleep in the dark for a long while. She knew exactly what had happened up there. Aliens had abducted Bella. Indeed, Dina had alien genes in her, not many, but her grandfather was one of them. She knew their way of life and they did abduct humans from time to time. It was just such a coincidence that it had happened on the night Bella was supposed to be killed. Don had said he didn't want to be part of the plan anymore. Dina couldn't allow that. Don might go to the police with the information he had about it. So Dina had had to make him believe he was crazy. He was such a mess anyway that it took very little to have him crack up.
| |
Dina finally broke into tears. The whole situation was so overwhelming. She wasn't only crying about that night but many bitter memories came rushing back to her: her sad childhood, her careless sister, her eternal unhappyness in a mediocre life. It wasn't that hard! All she was asking for was more money so that she could live properly. And yet she seemed to have to go through such difficult means to get there: marrying an old man she didn't love, murder, planning crimes. If only she could have had a rich man who had loved her and married her and given her beautiful children! It all seemed so impossible now, so unobtainable. Dina's thoughts were interupted by a noise outside, it sounded like a powerful engin. She decided to go see.
| |
Dina was freightened as she saw an big craft hovering over he house. The noise seemed loud but Nina knew alien technology enough to know that the neighbors couldn't even hear a single bit. It was like Don had described for the light: very local.
| |
The enormous doors opened and Dina whimpered praying they wouldn't hurt her. An intense blue light came from it. Dina dared not look at it. She put her hands over her head hoping they would go away.
| |
But then she saw a body come from it. It was Bella, without a doubt. They were returning her. They had probably stollen some of her eggs for experiments as her father told her they sometimes did. A puff of thick blue smoke followed Bella out of the ship.
| |
She landed on the side of the road very brutally. She lay there inert and didn't get back up. The aliens had done the job for Dina: they had killed Bella. Dina stood there taking a moment to mourn Bella's soul. She had never known the woman but she felt that someone should have a thought for her as she was dead. She knew it was awful that she was going to take advantage of Bella's death to obtain her share of happyness but she couldn't let that thought get in her way, she had waited too long. Dina decided to continue the plan. Bella was dead and that was the important part anyway. As for Don, she would deal with him later.
| |
Dina waited for the flying saucer to go back in the sky before she proceeded with the rest of the plan.
| |
As she dragged Bella's body in her living room she became aware of the fact that she now had two people who didn't belong under her roof. Bella was the most important one to take care of. Dina grabbed the body bag and wrapped Bella in it. She then added a lot of trash that she had kept from the old apartment around the body to make it seem like an oversized garbage bag.
| |
She went over to Don's house, took the car keys and drove hs car up to her front door.
| |
She dragged the body bag outside. This was the part where Dina realised that she wasn't in the most appropriate clothes: her dress was very uncomfortable for such activities. However she had no time to change. She used all her strength to pull the woman's dead body up to the truck. She heaved it into the back and got in the driver's seat.
| |
It was almost midnight as Dina drove off into the night with Bella's body in Don's truck. She did a U-turn a quickly got out of Pleasentview, continuing towards the north.
| |
Soon, she was in the desert that layed over Simcity. She had to continue far enough so that the body would be in an unsuspectable place.
| |
She had been driving for two hours and a half when she saw a sign saying she was soon arriving to Strangetown: in five miles. Dina decided to stop. She pulled the bodybag out of the truck and lay it on the road. Bella was finaly abandonned. She got back in the car, and turned around towards Pleasantview.
| |
Dina got back home around 5:00 AM. It was now time to deal with Don. She called the psyciatric hospital: "Hi, my friend just came crashing into my... er... house, and he doesn't seem good. He's really worrying me, he's talking about killing someone, about light and stuff like that and I don't know what to do. Can you have someone over?"
| |
Within ten minutes a car stopped in front of Dina's house. A woman came out of it introducing herself and saying she was there to take Don.
| |
"Is this your friend's car?" she asked laugning at the oddly parked truck. "Yes, I don't know where he was comming from... He couldn't have been at home because he lives next door..." Dina had done it on purpose to park Don's truck in her front bushes. She figured that someone out of their mind wouldn't have taken the time to align their car on the sidewalk.
| |
The woman helped Dina get Don into the car. They drove off and Dina waved goodbye to Don and he answered something about a siren. Dina rolled her eyes and went to get some deserved sleep.
| |
Cassandra Goth was awoken on Saturday morning by her kid brother crying in the next room. At first, she hoped her mother would be kind enough to take care of him but, remembering that she had been out the previous night, Cassie decided to go help him herself.
| |
"What happened to you?" she asked with a baby voice walking into the room and helping Alexander out of his crib. "Did mommy forget all about you?" Alex had a small laugh.
| |
Cassandra brought him downstairs and de him breakfast, thinking that her mother probably had to do this every morning. She was grateful Bella was there to take care of the family most times.
| |
Cassandra put Alexander back in his room, got dressed and started doing her homework. As time passed she started to wonder what her mother was still doing in bed. It wasn't like her to get up late, even after an evening out. Cassandra decided she better go check if she as okay.
| |
She was most suprised when she entered her mother's room to find the empty bed. It wasn't even undone. Prehaps her mother had felt the need to keep everything very neat that morning...
| |
Cassandra walked into the bathroom wondering if her mother could be in there. But again the room was quite empty. At that moment, she had a wierd feeing through her. Could her mother be in the house?
| |
She walked into the hall and cried her mother's name out. Maybe she had gotten up and they hadn't crossed each other somehow.
| |
However she only managed to wake her grandmother up. "What are you doing yelling through the house when some people are sleeping?" Cornelia asked still yawning "Grandma? Er... This might sound wierd but I can't find mom."
| |
"And you checked downstairs?" Cornelia asked knowing her grandaughter probably had. "Of course! She's not in her room, nor her bathroom. I just, don't think she's in the house." "Well, you know dear, she probably went shopping early this morning without telling anyone. She'll be back soon" "Yeah. I know. I just thought she was still sleeping so it seemed wierd."
| |
However, as the day passed Bella didn't return to the manor. She didn't even call or anything. As evening came, Cassandra turned to her Grandmother. "Grandma? I think it might be time to start making calls now... She obviously isn't coming home" "Ok, dear... Would you mind doing that? I just don't think I can handle it all..."
| |
And so Cassandra walked into the kitchen and grabbed the phone. She decided to call the police, the best option for someone who was missing. She explained how she hadn't seen her mother all day and that she didn't know where she was. She gave the manor address and hung up.
| |
She then called her father on his cell phone. Mortimer was away on a business trip. Announcing the news was very strange. Her father obviously didn't expect the call and his voice became so wierd. He said he was catching the next train to Pleasantview and coming home immediately. He advised Cassandra to call the police to report Bella missing. She lost no time telling him this was already done.
| |
The police arrived fifteen minutes later. They all sat around the dinning table where Cassandra had left her unfinished homework from that morning.
| |
"Who was the last person to see Ms. Goth out of the family?" Officer Love asked them.
| |
"I was" Cassandra said simply "She was leaving to see a friend, Mr. Lothario, she spent the evening with him so that means she came home around, 11:00 PM, that's the time she usually does if she's out."
| |
"Or didn't." Officer Centowski added. "Can you tell us exaclty what she told you dear?"
| |
This was the first time Cassandra was realising her mother might not have even come home last night. All day long she had been expecting her mother to come back from that morning shopping her grandmother had imagined. This did tighten the knot in her stomach, as she realised that her mother might be missing for about twenty four hours now. "Well, let me see... er... right, I was playing the piano... she came in telling me that she was leaving. Than she told me that she'd left Mr. Lothario's phone number on the kitchen counter, you know if there was an emergency..."
| |
"When you realised she wasn't coming home did you call this number?"
| |
Seeing that Cassandra was starting to cry, Cornelia decided to answer the questions, she knew her grand-daughter prefered to not be notcied when sad. "No, we didn't. We didn't really relate her disapearance to her evening with him, at first. We still have it though if you want." "That would be great. Thanks." Officer Love said. Cornelia got up to get the post-it in the kitchen.
| |
As she came back Officer Centowski began to speak. "Could you tell us if Ms. Goth had any problems or even fights with any members of the family lately?"
| |
"I don't think she really did..." Cornelia answered trying to remember Bella's behavior these last few weeks. "No, I can't think of anything. In fact she seemed happy lately. She was getting to know Mr. Lothatrio..."
| |
"Did either of you ever see, or even meet, this Mr. Lothario?"
| |
"Yes. Once we all met him, when she invited him for dinner. He was a well-behaved young-man. I think he said he was twenty three... He seemed a little shy. He just looked very, ... normal, if you see what I mean."
| |
"Yes. Well, I think we're going to have to interrogate him. He's a potential suspect" "Don't jump to conclusions Ramin." Officer Love interrupted "This might not be crime we're facing..."
| |
The police continued to ask Cassandra and Cornelia questions for hours. It was very exaughsting to do this when they both were wondering where Bella could be.
